Every year, I dedicate one canvas to the leftover paints from my projects—a space where nothing goes to waste and every color has a story.
This year’s canvas turned out larger than ever, and perhaps that says something about the year I’ve had. Two museum exhibits, a solo show, and countless international and local exhibitions—all of it poured into this unpredictable, layered piece. There’s no structure here, no premeditated idea. Just movement, color, and the traces of a year spent creating.
Some might see chaos. Others might find connections. For me, it’s simply what it needed to be. A reminder that art doesn’t always follow a plan, and sometimes that’s the best part.
